SS- my business is sprout studio, handmade lovelies & art goods, & i debuted in 2004. my bio is (but it's kind of long!): ...sprout studio is a one-girl maker of good things, artist jenifer lake, & a one help(her) get-it-together mister business based out of san francisco, california. jenifer spends her time(s) creating one of a kind, unique & vintage reclaimed jewelry pieces, photos, prints, wearables, accessories, & art for your walls. she has been making art for almost ever, and has been involved in numerous galleries, shows & art endeavors. whether she is fashioning glass pieces, knittin' up a woolie hat or working out the details on an art piece, she creates them with an awareness of making a better place to be & dwell.
UCU- If you could have a super power what would it be?
SS- wow, just one? well then, my one super power would be to engage any super power that i wanted, but that feels like cheating. maybe then to just click my heels & have the whole home & studio world organized & clean with a song & a dance like mary poppins :)
UCU- Favorite holiday memory?
SS- staring for hours on end at our beautifully lit & glowing christmas tree.
UCU- Will you have a special $5 item for UCU's anniversary?
SS- absolutely! but i haven't decided if it will be a funky ring or a vintage bobby pin selection!
UCU- Got any new items you will be showcasing at the show?
SS- yes, i have some new collage art pieces i'll be debuting; ucu will be the first holiday show that they are at!
