UCU: Pick a song that gets you in creative mood or you think would make a great addition to a "UCU Winter 2010 Soundtrack".
Alexa
: Patrick Park "Something Pretty" or a semi-Holiday addition Guster "Donde este Santa Claus?"

UCU: What’s one thing you wish you had known at your first craft show?
Alexa
: Winter 2009 was my first craft show and I wish I had taken advantage of the Friday load-in (amongst many other Freshman missteps). I'm really excited to mark my one-year anniversary doing craft shows to see just how far I've come.

UCU: If you have pets, introduce them and tell us a bit about them!
Alexa:
Sadly not pets :(

UCU: What item are you most excited to be offering at UCU Winter 2010?
Alexa:
I have scaled down my original "constellation" necklace design and will have a collection of "petite constellations" available at UCU.

UCU: If you could sum up your work in one word, what would that be?
Alexa:
Delicate

UCU: What gift are you most excited to give this year?
Alexa:
I am included in the 2011 CRAVE Seattle Guidebook, so all my ladies will be getting a copy.

UCU: What are you nibbling on as the snow falls this winter?
Alexa:
I'm a tea drinker. I love when its cold enough to drink tea all day long. I just tried Flying Botanical's Red Chai. Yum!

UCU: Favorite handmade item you have? It could be made by you, gifted to you or something you picked up.
Alexa:
I have a thing for pug dogs. Having said that, my friend Jamie knit a hat for me and stitched a felt pug face on it complete with heart-shaped buttons for eyes. It is my absolute favorite handmade item I have ever received!
