UCU- What is your business and when did it form? SS- We're a local small-scale salt partnership (of two people). We hand-craft 13 flavored artisan salts to accentuate food and classic cocktails. We launched in Sept. of 2008.

UCU- If you could have a super power what would it be? SS- An extra hand, or elf to help make and package salt.

UCU- Favorite holiday memory? SS- Drinking egg nog with my grandma at Christmas.






UCU- Will you have a special $5 item for UCU's anniversary? SS- Yes. We'll have special 1 ounce sizes of each of our salts that you can mix-and-match to create the perfect stocking stuffer. Each salt vial comes with an artisan cork, at $3 a pop.

UCU- Got any new items you will be showcasing at the show? SS- Our Truffle salt is our newest item. It wasn't at the summer show!
